The Parisian shop becomes Santa & Cole’s biggest showroom outside Spain

Santa & Cole inaugurates the exhibition “Santa & Cole à Paris” in Paris with the aim of introducing some of the most noteworthy elements from its indoor and urban catalogues, through which the visitor can travel through the history of the Catalan publisher and part of Spanish design. The exhibition can be visited in the space that Inédit Studio has in Rue de Cléry until 30 May 2012.

In the part dedicated to the design of indoor objects, the exhibition “Santa & Cole à Paris” has brought together some of the classical pieces from Spanish and European design signed by figures such as Miguel Milá, Antonio de Moragas and Arne Jacobsen, together with some of the newest products leading the paradigm shift in lighting, such as the BlancoWhite series of lighting objects by Antoni Arola.

As for urban design, the exhibition houses a section devoted to some of the most remarkable projects implemented on French soil, such as the recent project in Le Havre, by the " Atelier LION & Associés et Hervé AUDIBERT " architecture studio. Classical urban lighting and furniture elements are also displayed – symbols of the town planning developed in Barcelona at the end of the 1980s and beginning of the 1990s, and which now decorate some of the world’s benchmark cities in town planning.

The exhibition "Santa & Cole a Paris", which will open on Thursday 2 February and which can be visited until 30 May, represents one more step by Santa & Cole to bring its workmanship in design closer to the public and to offer the user the opportunity to see and experience design at first hand.
